What is the Leadership Communication Series?

LSI is a live, cohort coaching experience designed to help professionals speak with clarity, confidence, and influence.

Each Series runs bi-weekly for 6 sessions with private 1:1 sessions built in. Courses focus on a core communication challenge faced by ambitious professionals. You’ll get coaching, live practice, and feedback in every session.

Stepping into more visible or strategic roles
Preparing for presentations, interviews, or cross-functional collaboration
Struggling to speak up without overexplaining or apologizing
Ready to refine how they communicate under pressure

What's Included?

Format: 6 live sessions via Zoom (bi-weekly, 75 minutes each)
Private Coaching: 4 one-on-one sessions (45 minutes each)
Community: Private Slack space for discussion and peer support
Toolkit: Practical resources and guided exercises to reinforce learning
Spotlight coaching in every session
